1. Scope
These terms bind every visitor to the site. The disclaimers on the demo-request form add to them. Once you sign a customer contract, that agreement supersedes these terms; in case of conflict, the contract controls.
2. Intellectual property
All site content — copy, visuals, product mockups, code, branding — belongs to CenseCloud or is licensed to us. The trade names and marks CenseCloud, CenseRisk, and CenseCost are legally protected.
- Browser-based reading for personal or internal-evaluation use
- Quoting articles with attribution (source: censecloud.com)
- Bulk reproduction or republication of content
- Using our marks, logo, or visual identity in a different service
3. Prohibited use
The following behaviors damage site infrastructure or other visitors' experience and are not allowed:
- Scraping, bulk downloading, or indexing with automated tools (search-engine crawlers excepted)
- DoS attempts, brute force, port scanning, or unauthorized penetration testing against the site or its APIs
- Reverse engineering, deriving product logic from source, or building a copycat product
- Submitting the demo form with fake data or under someone else's identity
- Misrepresenting the site or brand, or creating fake subscriptions
If you want to conduct authorized security research, write to security@censecloud.com first.
4. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party resources (in blog posts, documentation, or customer stories). Those links are informational and do not imply endorsement. CenseCloud is not responsible for the content, privacy policy, or terms of linked pages.
5. Disclaimer
Site content is provided as-is. Marketing copy reflects product vision and current capability and should be treated as pre-contract information. Capability lists change as the product evolves; for RFPs, tenders, or budgeting decisions, talk to our team directly.
When information on the site differs from the actual product environment, the product environment controls; this text is not a standalone basis for customer decisions.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul. International customer contracts may specify arbitration or a different forum; that is defined in the contract.
7. Changes
When these terms change, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page is refreshed. For material changes, active customers receive a separate email. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms or legal matters: hello@censecloud.com. KVKK / data requests: privacy@censecloud.com. Security disclosure: security@censecloud.com.
